What are the normal hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Is there after hour support?
Yes, we have a qualified technician on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
Are net terms available?
Yes, we offer net terms to all our customers that range from net 10 to net 30.  (First time customers are
C.O.D., Second call is billed to customer)
Do you service residential customers?
Yes, we service both residential and businesses.  No job is too big, nor too small.
Do we offer Sub Contracting to Outside Vendors?
Yes, we have several relationships with other vendors out of state.
Can we work with AT&T on your behalf?
Yes, once a letter of authorization is signed, we can order lines on our customers behalf from AT&T, as
well as renewing Centrex Contracts.  We work directly with our AT&T Representative to be sure you are
getting the best rates possible from your local phone service provider.
Are Maintenance Contracts Offered?
Yes, we offer Maintenance Contracts for any size company, including multiple locations.
