FAQ

What are the normal hours of operation?

Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Is there after hour support?

Yes, we have a qualified technician on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

Are net terms available?

Yes, we offer net terms to all our customers that range from net 10 to net 30.  (First time customers are C.O.D., Second call is billed to customer)

What forms of payment are acceptable?

Currently we only accept payments made by check (personal or business).  Coming soon, credit card payments!

Do you service residential customers?

Yes, we service both residential and businesses.  No job is too big, nor too small.

Do we offer Sub Contracting to Outside Vendors?

Yes, we have several relationships with other vendors out of state.

Can we work with AT&T on your behalf?

Yes, once a letter of authorization is signed, we can order lines on our customers behalf from AT&T, as well as renewing Centrex Contracts.  We work directly with our AT&T Representative to be sure you are getting the best rates possible from your local phone service provider.

Are detailed customer records kept?

Yes, we have created a number sheet that has been very successful in keeping track of lines, call forwarding assignments and call pick up.  For new installations, we keep programming sheets so there is detailed information on a per phone basis.

Are Maintenance Contracts Offered?

Yes, we offer Maintenance Contracts for any size company, including multiple locations.
